Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott take Daughter to the Zoo Angering Locals
Jenner looked comfortable and ready to walk in an oversized white dress shirt that hid her growing baby bump and black leather boots.
According to TMZ, the family spent time at the zoo for several hours and, they made sure they checked out all the main attractions. As noted by the outlet, the on and off again couple has always loved taking Stormi to places like amusement parks and pumpkin patches- even when they were broken up.Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott have shown their commitment when it comes to letting their daughter Stormi Webster have “normal” experiences.
Last month when the 3-year-old couldn’t stop talking about riding a big yellow bus Scott immediately found one to park outside their mansion so she could pretend like she was in the public school system. Over the weekend the family spent time in Scott’s hometown in Texas where they decided to take Stormi to the Houston Zoo for a VIP experience.
Of course, the famous couple didn’t go out in public surrounded by strangers without protection and were surrounded by private security guards that rode on golf carts all day. The couple ended up catching some heat from the locals and everyone was probably staring at the famous couple instead of the exotic animals but read more about how the trip went below.
They shut down the carousel temporarily so Stormi could have a private ride on the fake ponies which ended up angering the local visitors. In an interview with KPRC 2 Houston, a mother who was at the zoo with her three-year-old daughter said she couldn‘t get on the popular ride because the A-listers kicked everyone else off.
“We’re going to the carousel because it’s her favorite thing to do. She does it every time we’re there. We scanned her ticket, she got in line maybe two people in or three people about to get on the carousel and then they cleared the entire place out,” the angry mother explained. She said they tried again later and it was still closed. “Twelve kids were in line the first time, maybe 14 the second time, because it had just reopened,” she said.
“They weren’t as important as this family? That doesn’t make sense to me.” The Houston Zoo later told KPRC they only closed it twice for 30 minutes and apologized to the other guests. Another angry parent tweeted at Jenner directly writing, “@ Kylie Jenner just a sad FYI, but your security cleared out the carousel line at the Houston Zoo twice today after people paid. At noon and again at 12:40 pm. Our 3 year-old was in line both times. We had to leave for her nap time so no carousel for her today.”
It was a heartwarming moment to see Scott‘s happy reaction after Jenner told him they were expecting in the video she posted confirming her pregnancy. Stormi looked happy as her dad carried her through the zoo in his arms.
