According to KWTX, there was a white Chevrolet Camaro with bullet-holes in it bordered off with yellow police tape at the scene.

N’Gaojia’s ex-husband expressed his grief in a series of social media posts, saying: ‘My children will never be the same again. We are all f***ed right now.’

In another he added: ‘Those bullets took a precious gem from us but gave us an Amazing Angel to guide us so you know we ain’t going nowhere but up cause we know how hard you rode for your family.

‘Thank you for making our lives complete we gonna miss you Soldier. WE LOVE YOU. Kiss Amir for me and tell him how much I/we love and miss him.’

According to an online obituary and Facebook posts from his father, Amir died on New Year’s Day this year age 21. It is not clear what his cause of death was.

On the day Yolanda died visiting her son’s grave, Kineh posted that it was Amir’s ‘first birthday in heaven’.

Kineh told KWTX that he and Yolanda were divorced and have three children together.

Police is investigating the murder and are appealing for any information about the shooting, which they called an ‘isolated incident’.

A mother was shot and killed Tuesday at a Texas cemetery while visiting the grave of her recently deceased son for his ‘first birthday in heaven’, her ex-husband said.

Yolanda N’Gaojia, 52, died at the Calvary Baptist Church Garden of Memories Cemetery in Killeen on March 22, which would have been her son Amir Tajai-Kineh N’Gaojia’s 22nd birthday.

Police in Killeen, which is about 70 miles north of Austin, confirmed a second victim had ‘non-life threatening injuries, and was treated and released at the scene’.

N’Gaojia’s ex-husband Kineh N’Gaojia in a Facebook post said: ‘I have no words because I can’t believe this is real.

‘This is stuff you see on movies but it has become our life. I can’t believe you are gone. 

‘How y’all gonna kill her on her Son birthday at his gravesite??? GOD…Help please.’

Another son, Q Jones NGaojia, posted a photo with his mother on Facebook, captioned ‘I love you Mama. Stay with me.’
